Rebecca believes that everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, heard and accepted. She values creating an environment where people can explore life’s challenges with honesty and confidence, especially when navigating complex emotions, relationships, trauma, grief or significant life changes.

With a warm, curious and compassionate approach, Rebecca walks alongside each client, believing that every person has unique strengths worth building on. Drawing on evidence-based counselling and, where appropriate, creative approaches, she supports clients to gain insight, develop resilience and discover meaningful pathways towards hope and healing.
