Individuals & Couples

Designed to help individuals & Couples to identify and address concerns.

Individuals: Individual counselling is indeed designed to help individuals address emotional, mental, and behavioural concerns. Through one-on-one sessions with a counsellor, individuals have the opportunity to explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviours in a safe and confidential environment. The counsellor works with the individual to identify issues that are causing difficulties in their life, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship problems, and helps them develop coping skills and strategies to manage their emotions and behaviours. Individual counselling is beneficial for a wide range of mental health concerns, and the goal is to help individuals improve their overall well-being and quality of life by addressing the issues that are negatively impacting them.

Couples:  Couples counselling is a form of therapy that helps couples to identify and address conflicts within their relationship with the help of a trained counsellor. Through the counselling sessions, the counsellor provides guidance and support to help couples develop strategies for resolving conflicts and building a stronger, healthier relationship. The aim is to enhance communication and intimacy, and couples can benefit from the counselling at any stage of their relationship.
