Cancellation Policy

Our 48-hour cancellation policy is in place to ensure that when you book an appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you, and we can provide the best service possible. To maintain this commitment, we ask that you are fully committed to attending your scheduled sessions. If you are unable to attend, we require at least two working days’ notice to allow us a reasonable chance of filling the appointment time.

We understand that sudden illness or unexpected personal emergencies can occur, and if this happens, please contact us immediately to explain the situation, and we may waive the fee. You can reach us by phone at 0401 273 958 or email at info@thryvecounselling.com.au (counselling services) or fitness@thryvecounselling.com.au (fitness services). Please leave a message if the phone is unattended due to practitioners being in session.

In case of illness, we may request a medical certificate to waive the fee, as some individuals have previously abused this offer. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we strive to maintain fairness to both our clients and ourselves in regards to appointments.

Please note that if you fail to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, you will incur a fee of 50% of the fees, and clients who do not provide any notice will incur a fee of 100% and will be unable to access further services until the fee is paid. Repeated cancellations may result in being placed on a waiting list.
