Amanda moved to Queensland with her family in 2019 and brings both professional training and lived experience to her counselling practice. As a mother of two, including a neurodivergent child, she understands the challenges that can come with balancing family life, caring responsibilities, and personal wellbeing.
Amanda enjoys supporting children, young people, and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, family challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. Her counselling style is warm, practical, and down-to-earth, helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered. With a strong creative background, she also enjoys incorporating stories, play, and practical tools when appropriate to make counselling engaging and accessible.
