Meet Fiona
The Heart Behind the Practice
Fiona draws from both professional expertise and rich life experience to create a genuinely safe, calm, and encouraging space for her clients. As a mother of three adult children—including lived experience navigating ASD and ADHD—and married to a Veteran, Fiona deeply understands the unique joys, complexities, and beautifully messy realities of family life.
After relocating her family to Queensland in 2005, Fiona pursued her calling and completed her Bachelor of Counselling. Driven by a natural gift of compassion, she finds immense joy in helping individuals cut through the noise of life to find clarity, strength, and lasting peace.
Her Approach
Fiona believes that therapy is a collaborative partnership. She doesn’t use a one-size-fits-all model; instead, her approach is entirely client-centred and tailored to your unique goals, background, and personal values.
When you sit down with Fiona, you enter a judgment-free zone where you can truly be seen, heard, and supported as you work toward embracing your most authentic self.

Fiona works from a core belief that every single individual possesses infinite value. If you have lost sight of your own worth, she will hold that belief for you until you are ready to recognise and embrace it yourself. Her ultimate goal is to guide you away from who you think you should be, and toward who you truly are.
Therapy with Fiona is a collaborative, professional, and client-centred partnership. She recognizes that your story is entirely unique, which is why she rejects cookie-cutter methods—tailoring every session to align with your personal goals, background, and core values.
